BROOKLYN APARTMENT RENOVATION - One of our priorities with this project was to maximise the home’s connection to its two terraces, giving the apartment a continuous dialogue with the outdoors. Each terrace has its own identity: the south-facing “winter terrace” for December lunches, and the front terrace for summer evenings with Manhattan glowing in the background.
We planted tulips, aromatic herbs, wildflowers and trees that shift with the seasons, making the terraces living ecosystems in the sky. Birds even nest in the trees.
For us, these gardens are not just outdoor spaces - they’re extensions of the home, bringing nature into daily life in the heart of Brooklyn.
