Trophy Cat is our tasty and clean little blonde ale, with cracker and light biscuit notes backed up by a clean hop finish. (4.3% ABV)

The Maibock, an 18th-century German-style bock, goes by various names across regions. Maibock, which means “May beer,” originated in Munich, where brewers combined traditional methods with 18th-century technology to brew a seasonal beer symbolizing the transition from spring to summer.

Our Maibock was brewed with Pilsner and Vienna Malt from , as well as Genessee Valley Vienna Malt from !

A seasonal favorite is BACK! 🍋‍🟩

Catty Corner is now on draft at the taproom, just in time for this blazin' hot weather this week (don't talk to us about the weekend's forecast 😬)

This year we brewed the fan favorite with a dose of lactose to round out the creamy mouthfeel so reminiscent of Key Lime Pie. Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors , this is a zesty, bright, and tart Key Lime Sour inspired by their classic dessert and reminiscent of a cold margarita.

Aka: Perfect summer beer. Cheers!
