It was wonderful to have President Obama & Mayor Mamdani visit the Learning through play Pre-K center at our Bronx Commons project ✨ - the kids really enjoyed this one ! The wheels on the bus 🚌… 😊
What an incredible journey and transformation it has been partnering with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and Mrs. Shekina Butler, the Resident Association President for West Brighton Houses on Staten Island. By prioritizing equity and diversity, this redevelopment moves beyond mere physical repair with energy-efficient systems - to weave a stronger social fabric through meaningful community engagement. Proud of the entire team that made this possible from beginning to finish line !
