The Tea Factory (also known as The Tea Factory Lofts) is a large residential building in the heart of Bushwick.
It is home to many Brooklyn based artists and musicians, both emerging and established. Several of Bushwick's DIY venues and independent art galleries are housed within it's concrete walls.
