April ended up being our biggest recruiting month on record at GoRascal.
17 new LOs joined the team, bringing $236M in 2025 volume with them.
The best part has been hearing the same things over and over in conversations lately - people are tired of overlays, slow ops, unnecessary friction, and feeling like they’re building their business alone.
Good loan officers want to move fast, close loans, and have real support behind them. That’s the environment we’re focused on building here.
