Ever wonder what the "perfect" New York City street would look like? New York Magazine and Curbed worked with our longtime client WXY to envision just that, using 3rd Ave between East 33rd and 34th Streets as a template. While the goal of the project was to make the area more safe, livable, and equitable, Curbed also acknowledged that some of the frenzy of the city needed to be maintained, stating that “New York without friction wouldn’t be New York.” We were happy to contribute to this project by providing photography and renderings for the design team led by WXY, some of which were even featured in Curbed's recent article on the subject. TBT to when our work with Magnusson Architecture and Planning was featured on the cover of Oculus Magazine in Fall 2022. This project, titled Sol on Park, will be an affordable housing development located in the Bronx. Sol on Park also boasts sustainable design, receiving an LEED Platinum Rating and an ENERGY STAR certification for low greenhouse gas emissions.

We partnered with our good friends at Eagle Benzwie Architects to develop renderings for the brand new restaurant Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak, open now at PENN 1 in NYC. Take a look at the stunning and intricate design of this exciting new addition to the Midtown culinary scene.

Our team was lucky enough to collaborate with client WORKac on renderings for the People's Theatre Project, which broke ground last year on the very first dedicated theatre in Washington Heights and Inwood. The People’s Theatre: Centro Cultural Inmigrante will also be the largest Latine-operated theater in New York State. Featuring a mainstage theater, a studio theater, five rehearsal studios, a gallery space, and two dynamic and versatile lobbies, The People's Theatre will be a welcome addition to New York City's theatrical scene when it opens in 2026.

We are thrilled to have worked on a project so close to home with longtime client WXY Studio. The Jacksonville Riverfront Activation Plan aims to build a sustainable future for the riverfront while simultaneously fostering community with functional and accessible architecture. We were happy to provide renderings for WXY's work as project partner on design and public space planning.
