Do you appreciate your employees?

We have a team leader, Estaban, who is in charge of our cleaning crew at multiple NYPD facilities. Recently, we heard from the NYPD leadership that he’s doing an outstanding job.

So we threw him a surprise party!

We told Estaban to come by the office. When he got there, we had bought lunch for the team and gave him a plaque of appreciation. He does excellent work and we wanted him to know we appreciate him.

The story doesn’t end here.

We sent the pictures to the NYPD to show them we value their feedback. A few days later, they sent back their own pictures of an appreciation lunch they did for their team! It was one big party.
