Hey All,
Apologies for how long it has been since our last posting, it has been a busy time for us all.
Below is a link for a free depression screening through PsychCentral.com. While this screen in no way takes the place of a professional diagnosis from a trained professional, it is a helpful tool that can serve as a initial gauge for whether you may want to seek additional help or not.
As always, it is our sincere hope that these posts are able to help individuals who are suffering from S.A.D. This online assessment could be just safe and informative enough to help someone who may otherwise never reach out for help, so, please like it, share it, or send it to a friend in need. Thank you!
