You will probably see me say this a lot but if you are 19 or 20 now, you will never realize what complete haters people who try to make you feel less beautiful are until you look back at yourself 20 years and realize how perfect you were. And now that I’m this age I can’t imagine saying anything to a girl that age other than “you are perfect. Enjoy your beautiful healthy body as much as you can!” I used to get rude comments, asking me if I ever ate anything but thankfully I was too rebellious to care. I really pray my kids always know how perfect and blessed they are! I find it so sad when younger girls are convinced by others that they need to get any kind of work done. Your body is changing. Please appreciate every phase.
