Study Buddies

Another chapter comes to a close as I wrapped up at Westwood Nursery School this week! I loved sharing yoga with their students over the past several years and had the absolute privilege of sharing yoga with my three nephews. 💗 Danny liked yoga much more than he liked this photo op! 😂

Final visit to one of my favorite preschools. Transitioning to something new and exciting next year means saying goodbye to my weekday preschool and library visits. So so grateful for where my path has led me & the little yogis and teachers I’ve met along the way!

I enjoyed several preschool sessions to kick off the week. Feeling especially grateful for today’s session where I got to teach my youngest nephew 🥰

MEET OUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR 🧘‍♀️

Erin Keyo Mann, “Keyogi Kids”

Erin Mann has been an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years. Erin is a Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor and has taught classes for toddlers through teens. Erin has been a classroom teacher in local elementary schools and currently teaches second grade in Westwood. Erin has a Master of Education Degree in Reading and weaves children’s literature into her yoga sessions. Erin started “Keyogi Kids” (a play on words with her maiden name, Keyo) and has been offering yoga sessions at local schools and libraries since 2011. Erin strives to teach children traditional yoga poses and calm breathing strategies. Erin’s goal is for children to find a fun way to exercise and share their creativity. Erin’s playful yoga sessions are full of music, games and children’s literature.

We are THRILLED to have Erin joining us this summer at both our Summer Club & Kindergarten Prep camps! What a fabulous addition to our team! 😊
