Isenberg Projects
Isenberg Projects is a creative consulting agency based in Boston that specializes in place-based work and community engagement.
We bring people together.
How we do it matters.
Curiosity, connection, and impact are the three principles guiding the questions we ask at the start of every project.
What do you ask yourself when you begin?
Explore our new website to see how these principles shape the details and decisions that bring our work to life.
👋✏️ Attention creatives! Do you have expertise in illustration, event graphics, motion design, social media, or related disciplines? We’re always looking to grow our network of creative collaborators and freelancers. We’d love to hear from you.
We work with designers across a range of projects and are especially interested in thoughtful, adaptable creatives with a strong point of view.

Website refresh just dropped!
If you’re new here, hi. We’re Isenberg Projects, a creative consulting agency focused on placemaking, cultural planning, and public art.
Because a lot of our work happens behind the scenes, this redesign is about showing more of what we do and why we do it.
New site. More story. Same mission: shaping spaces that spark connection.
This is our official re-introduction. Much more to come soon!
Are you the kind of person who lives for the moment the lights go up, visitors arrive, and every moving piece clicks into place? We’re looking for an Event Producer who thrives on turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences.
You’ll lead projects from start to finish — managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and creative direction while keeping every detail buttoned up. From crafting run-of-shows, to pitching concepts to clients, to building community partnerships, you’re equal parts visionary and executor (and yes, you’ve already updated it in Asana).
If you’re:
-Obsessed with organization + logistics
- A natural at client comms (even the tough convos)
- Passionate about arts, culture & design
- And ready to make cities more engaging...
Then this could be your moment.
Full-time | $60–70K + benefits | |Boston-based (hybrid)
2-3 years of prior event experience preferred
Let’s make something unforgettable.
We bring the people.
Here’s to another year of working in the in-between places.
Creative, curious, community driven moments for folks to come together.
Stay close.
As we head into 2026 we want to wave a final goodbye to a packed year of creative undertakings, a bunch of public art and new friends. In 2025 we trudged through some of the most logistically challenging projects that expanded our own minds on what we are capable of.
Wowie Zowie, in the words of Frank Zappa
A mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work if it isn’t open…
In the meantime, stop looking at your phone, and go make a new friend. We believe in you, and we have some big announcements for early 2026.

New visual identity for the Provincetown Public Art Foundation! With Emily serving on the board, we’re especially excited to support their mission.
Visit provincetownpublicart.org to see their shiny new website and while you’re there, consider making an end of year donation to continue sharing the story of Provincetown’s past, present, and future through public art.

This Thanksgiving effort was powered by our community partners and amazing donors like many of you. Thanks to the support of our community, we were able to pack 250 fully loaded Thanksgiving meal kits, feeding over 1,000 people and making the holiday feel genuinely special for survivors supported by Casa Myrna. Fifty volunteers gathered to pack bags, unload trucks, and hustle deliveries, turning the day into a joyful, communal assembly line. Bags were bursting with holiday extras including Thanksgiving Eve pasta dinner, and practical essentials like air mattresses, linens, diapers, and wipes. Additional donations were also made in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Boston R**e Crisis Center in Cambridge. To every donor who leaned in and lifted this effort: thank you. You helped us deliver nourishment and a whole lot of heart.

Swipe for a look at how social data and cultural trends inform our work. As a crisis of connection converges with economic anxiety and digital fatigue, these sort of insights equip placemakers with the tools to respond with impact.
