Are you the kind of person who lives for the moment the lights go up, visitors arrive, and every moving piece clicks into place? We’re looking for an Event Producer who thrives on turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences.

You’ll lead projects from start to finish — managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and creative direction while keeping every detail buttoned up. From crafting run-of-shows, to pitching concepts to clients, to building community partnerships, you’re equal parts visionary and executor (and yes, you’ve already updated it in Asana).

If you’re:

- Passionate about arts, culture & design

As we head into 2026 we want to wave a final goodbye to a packed year of creative undertakings, a bunch of public art and new friends. In 2025 we trudged through some of the most logistically challenging projects that expanded our own minds on what we are capable of.
