This home just checked out of staging, but its story with us began long before the pillows were fluffed.

From blueprint to final reveal, our design development guided the bones, the mood, and the market readiness of the entire home.

This was a true concept-to-close collaboration, where we shaped every finish, fixture, palette, tile, and detail that defined the identity of this build.

The best part? BOTH units found their buyers faster than the paint could dry, one in under a week and the other claimed before it ever reached the market.

From loading trucks to lifting sofas, staging is equal parts muscle and magic. It may look effortless in photos, but it’s built on long days, teamwork, and a staff willing to hustle.

This summer was full of hard work, creativity, and growth behind the scenes. I couldn’t have done it without the dedication of my interns, who showed up with focus, professionalism, and energy, all while making the heavy lifting feel light.

Wishing them great success in college this year, though I’d argue the most prestigious credential they could earn is from RSR University.

My husband is eagerly awaiting winter break so he won’t have to now step in to fluff pillows with the interns gone.
