The Assurant Miami transformation reimagined the office as a flexible, hospitality-inspired destination that supports hybrid work, encourages collaboration, and enhances the employee experience.
In partnership with CBRE, Ware Malcomb, and HITT, the project introduced inviting amenities such as lounges, cafés, and collaborative gathering spaces, creating a workplace that balances functionality with elevated design.
