Happy Memorial Day especially to all the veterans, to those currently serving in our military, and to those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety.
I’d like to take a moment to recognize one of our own, Sergeant David Oviedo. The selfless work he does to help his recruits deserves to be recognized. He spends countless hours working with teens to help them pass the physical requirements for the military. We’ve all seen him show up with kids and help push them through a workout. Every time he does that he’s helping them build confidence and gets them closer to their goals. David does all this while drawing no attention to himself. He never brags or talks about it, he just does it. Aside from all he does for his teens he’s also one of the nicest people you’ll meet at the gym.
David, the work you’re doing now will change their life forever. Keep up the great work and your Posted family thanks you.

Join us for our Memorial Day workout Murph as we honor those who serve and risk their lives for our everyday freedoms. In honor of this day we put our selfs not only through a physical test but a mental one. Thank you so much to all of our military and first responders we can’t thank you enough!
