After having had my Mini Musicians page for 14 years, I am having to start over because I lost access to this page on May 1st. It’s SO sad!!! We’ve ALL been there, right? If there’s one thing that infants and toddlers crave, it’s repetition. I’d venture to say that repetition is the most powerful way that young children learn, and therefore it plays a huge role in our teaching approach.

Whether it be shaking a shaker egg independently for the first time, getting better and better at complex drum patterns, improving coordination during our tricky movement songs, or building self-confidence in our turn-taking songs, each weekly music class affords little ones the opportunity to grow more and more comfortable to express themselves and enjoy class to the fullest.

Today we celebrate , and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of our students with DS, past, present, and future.

I’ve been so fortunate to see how much LOVES music, and while she has aged out of our program, anytime her mom brings her by the studio, she runs in, plops right down on the rug, and excitedly asks for the drum.

She still listens to our songs at home (by her own request!), and knows all of the words and movements. Don’t underestimate this sweet girl!! 💙💛💙💛
