Summer is just around the corner. Pillar Induction recommends taking a moment to prepare your water cooling and quench systems for the hot summer months. This includes:
-Water Quality Check, reference equipment manual for requirements
-Cooler Inspection, including make-up water, clearance around the cooler, signs of damage
-Clean Filters and Strainers, check inventory for replacement filters
-Check for Leaks, make sure all fittings and hose connections are tight

Home in Wisconsin it finally feels like spring. Pillar Induction recommends taking a moment to do some spring cleaning and preventative maintenance on your equipment to prevent down time.
-Tighten all hardware, hose clamps and fittings relating to the power supply, bus bar, coils, furnaces, water system and fixtures.
-Clean out cabinets and fixtures of debris.
-Visually inspect equipment for damaged parts or contamination.
-Check inventory of spare parts
-Check equipment manual for other recommended quarterly maintenance recommendations
