ššš“From scholarships to the beach, the Funeral Service Foundation was grateful to be part of this year's National Funeral Directors Association's Professional Women's Conference - and we're still smiling about it!
We celebrated 20 David C. Baue PWC Scholars, previewed a new resource, kicked off our flip flops for Cocktails & Conversation with IMPACT 1000, heard your ideas for making the biggest splash in funeral service, and still had time to made connections that remind us all why we do this work.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared an idea, or joined us to continue the conversation. This is what community looks like - and we're so glad you're part of it.

Something special happened in Washington, D.C. last week! The Funeral Service Foundation was proud to support National Funeral Directors Association's Meet the Mentors, a program designed to foster leadership development, professional growth, and mentorship connections among early-career funeral service professionals. Meet the Mentors returned to Washington this year so participants could join NFDA's Advocacy Summit, meet national leaders, experience the impact of advocacy, and connect with top professionals during several days of learning and community.
For those who attended: we hope you're heading home inspired, with new friendships, a bigger vision for your career, and a deeper understanding of the national issues shaping funeral service today. The profession is better for having you in it. For those who want to be in the room next time, stay tuned! Learn more at: http://funeralservicefoundation.org/growth
