📋PROGRESS UPDATE📋

These photos were taken just over a year apart. This wonderful Queen came to me to take back control of her skin. Our focus is overall skin health, congested pores, texture, and of course-the red splotches you see.

The red splotches are called Telangiectasias and are a symptom of scleroderma. Telangiectasia’s in scleroderma are caused by an autoimmune reaction that damages blood vessels and causes them to dilate. 

We are learning and trying things together as I have never worked with someone with this condition before. This involves a lot of trial and error, communication between her and I, lots of research for me, and absolutely back and forth communication on what her doctor has to say.

Unfortunately however, we do know that we will only be able to minimize the Telangiectasias. In order to treat them completely-laser therapy and/or medications and treatments for scleroderma will be the answer, which is obviously not what I do.

BUT LOOK HOW MUCH LESS THEY’VE BECOME!!!!

What I have been able to do though is minimize the appearance, get her skin healthy again and help her with a home care routine to address her congestion and texture. We’re going to be on this journey together for a while still but I am SO happy with how far we’ve come.

This is to remind you that change takes time. It takes commitment. It takes communication, and it takes effort on both ends-the client and the professional.
And it does pay off 💜

Thank you for your continued trust and support of T.L.C. Skin Esthetics Studio. It is truly an honor to care for you and be a part of your skincare journey.

To continue providing the quality of service, professional products, ongoing education, quality equipment, and personalized treatments you expect and deserve, there will be a price adjustment effective July 1, 2026. After four years without raising prices, I have held off on making changes as long as possible, however due to the increasing costs of utility business expenses and materials necessary to perform the services you’ve come to know and the quality you expect, a majority of services will reflect this adjustment. This update ensures I can maintain the level of care, advanced techniques, and results that are so important to both you and me.

Please know this is not something that will happen annually, but rather only when truly necessary to continue serving you at the highest standard with the best materials and products.

All appointments scheduled prior to July 1, 2026 will be honored at the current pricing. All appointments scheduled for July 1st 2026 and onward will be adjusted to the new pricing. A separate email and post will be sent and posted shortly with the new pricing included.

This comes with exciting news though also! Operating hours will be opening up on a couple of days over the next few months with Wednesdays and Fridays allowing for more availability, as well as an update to the service menu to ensure easier bookings and the value of your experience. Stay tuned for that announcement as finalization is completed.
