Wrapped this one up on Tuesday. San Saba stone from Texas and white mortar that needs a few days to reach it's cure color. The hearth stone was one piece at 340 pounds. Customers did a great job with building out the hearth and designing and fabricating the mantle out of the same material as the new flooring that is being installed soon.

7 lintels replaced so far on this one. Second story window also doubled in size. We still need to get the chimney repointed with a new crown and a few other items until we're all set on our end on the remodeling.

Something other than Ashlar bond. Turned out pretty decent with black mortar and the new siding.

Two weeks ago we wrapped the foundation with some new thin stone. Nice outdoor living area.

A new patio door needs some newly set stone every once and a while. Glad we could get things patched up after being unfinished last fall. (Not by us). New sill at the base turned out nice as well.

This new kitchen remodel needed the old front door moved to accommodate the new layout. Only about a six inch move, but a decent amount of effort to do so with the full bedded Lannon veneer.

Finally got our chance to get out and replace the 60 or so linear feet of sills on this one.

Had a little bit of adjusting to get this fireplace back up. The blockwork was done prior to the thin veneer stone to get things back to a full depth. Will be heading back to do the last touch ups when the drywall and mantle are in place.

Happy Spring? Wrapped up the top of the parking structure project. Must have done decent on it as we now have the other three floors to do in the next couple of months. Photo credit to my 7 year old who helped his dad the last day to touch up a few minor things and take in the views from the top.

Winter is being a little nasty this year. Lots more to get done on this project. Now the wait for the snow to disappear again. Can't effectively shelter things due to logistics and vandalism.
