Re-balance torsion spring system of door to minimize resistance when opening and closing.
Adjust track spacing to ensure door movement is unobstructed.
Test photo eye alignment, ensuring that all mounting hardware is tightened properly.
Inspect all wiring to eyes and wall button, making functional and cosmetic improvements wherever possible.
Lubricate all rollers and hinges with high-quality gear oil to reduce noise and ensure smooth movement.
Shorten operator "J-Bar" and adjust operator mounting height to improve geometry and minimize strain while opening and closing.
Apply thin coat of heavy grease to operator rail and trolley to eliminate excessive friction and reduce vibration and noise.
