I originally saw this #designerlamp in an amazing #luxuryhome so imagine my surprise when I found it on @amazon for $75!! That’s right… this is NOT a typo!
Look closely… the #roses are made of #shells. I love the #texture, the #creativity & the #designerstyle. It’s on the smaller side so if it needs some height… just add a #bookstack. (There is a taller version on #amazon too.)
Btw… that FABULOUS candle on the wood table is a local #boutique #bestbuy! It’s a #refillcandle at Simplicity GIFT in the Rose District in #brokenarrow. There are YUMMY smells like #Oklahoma, #urbanbarn & more! I’ll do another post later specifically b/c these are my #goto candle & gift to give. (It’s the gift that keeps on giving because they can refill it for half price over & over.)
STAGING - a signature lamp is a piece of art in itself & makes a statement. Pre-pack other items so there’s not too much going on.

I found this dresser on sale at Anthropologie. I love everything about it - the color, the lines & the k***s.
To add light to the room… a love a good lamp. I found these as a pair on Amazon.com for a steal. (I LOVE lamps in any room! They don’t have to be expensive plus they add light & dimension.)
I’m going to talk about the picture & the book stack another day. But today we’ll concentrate on the vignettes on either side.
On the right side is an old tray I’ve had for years. I put a “vintage” photo of my husband & me in an acrylic frame that I got at Amber Marie & Company. Then added the unexpected RELAX from West Elm & one of my all time fave candles from Simplicity GIFT. (I give these as gifts all of the time! This one happens to be Urban Barn but I probably have 5 of their scents. When the candle is done… you take it back to the #brokenarrow boutique & they’ll refill it for half price! GREAT recycling & a gift that keeps on giving!)
On the left side I combined these darling accent pieces from Hobby Lobby & another family pic in an acrylic frame.
✔️ For staging… everything is light & airy. The one thing I would do though is remove the family photos so someone can see THEMSELVES in your home instead of your family. Less is always more when staging.
✔️ For your new home… the furniture adds an unexpected pop of navy but on top of the dresser gold take center stage although nothing is too heavy feeling. Plus, the acrylic frames don’t add unnecessary bulk.
