Free Brain Health Program for Veterans & First Responders
The eTMS Ohio Program provides EEG-guided TMS treatment at no cost for eligible veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders. Using advanced brain mapping and personalized treatment protocols, the program helps address conditions such as:
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
• Depression

After years of anxiety, depression, and disrupted sleep — and medications that left her just “getting through each day” — she reached a dark point in 2023. A traumatic loss. A difficult relationship. Drinking every night just to cope, just to sleep.
She started treatment. And gradually, something shifted.
She became more present with her kids. With her family. The need to drink disappeared. Sleep came back. And then something she hadn’t expected: the confidence to make changes in her life she didn’t believe she was strong enough to make.

Out in the community! 🚒
Our Florida eTMS Peer Mentor, Hannah, recently visited Seminole County Fire Department to connect with local firefighters and share information about the eTMS program.

What actually changes after eTMS?
For Robbie — a law enforcement officer working third shift — his family noticed the calm before he did.
For Doug — an Air Force veteran and law enforcement officer — nightmares went from 4–5 per week to just 2 over more than two months.
For a 36-year-old Army veteran — more present at work. More grounded at home. Relationships beginning to heal.
These aren't isolated stories. These are the kinds of outcomes we've seen across more than 3,000 patients.

“I began to dream again, which had not happened much in the past 20 years.”
Donnie came to eTMS as a first responder at a breaking point. Sleep was nearly impossible. He was skeptical—but decided to give it a chance.
The first thing he noticed was a sense of calm he hadn't felt in years. Then came sleep. Then one morning while walking his dog, he realized the colors around him seemed more vivid than he remembered.
And then something unexpected happened.
For the first time in two decades, he began to dream again.
Partway through treatment, Donnie experienced a major setback. During some of his darkest days, the eTMS team stood beside him and supported him through the process.
When he came out the other side, they asked if he would consider joining the team.
He said yes.
Today, Donnie serves as an eTMS Technician and Peer Mentor, helping others take the same courageous step he once took.
