50 years?!
That's not a tenure. That's a legacy!!!
This week, we celebrated one of the people who makes Tollman Spring what it is — a true spring wizard who's seen it all, solved nearly all of it, and somehow still shows up ready to make something from nearly nothing.
🎉 Half a century of tight tolerances.
🎉 Half a century of "let me take a look at that."
🎉 Half a century of knowing exactly which wire, which form, which fix — before most of us even finished reading the print.
We honored him the right way: a getaway package to recharge, a whole lot of cake (and candles — many birthdays to celebrate this month as well), and our annual summer kickoff picnic with the team that's proud to work beside him.

One had the lowest PPM rejection rate and walked away with Best Supplier Quality.
That was Tollman Spring.
PPM — parts per million — is one of the most demanding quality benchmarks in manufacturing. Fewest defects per million parts produced, across the entire supplier pool, earned us Best Supplier Quality from a customer with nearly $1B in annual revenue.
Two years ago, that same customer named us Supplier of the Year.
