Spent the weekend celebrating from CHS to CT with the best family and friends. Can’t believe we’ve gotten to love this sweet little boy for two whole years. Dace, you are my dream come true and somehow being your mom still keeps exceeding all my wildest dreams.

There is no greater gift than getting to be a mother. The way you see the world changes. The way you see yourself is humbling. The new ways you see your mother, and grandmother, and all others mothers before you makes you wonder how you missed just how much they did and carried and held together all along. The way you see those longing to be mothers hurts differently. The way you see bonus moms makes you feel more complete. And the way you see your child, is indescribable joy.

Thank you God for making my biggest dream come true by making me a mother and for giving me the greatest blessing of being a bonus mom. Thank you to my hubby for somehow juggling so much and still making it such a sweet weekend. And what a joy to get to spend Mother’s Day, with the best mom in the world- we’re in awe of you Hap 🤍
