From green coffee to fresh roast.

Every batch begins with coffee from our family farms in Colombia and is roasted with care here in Bristol, Connecticut.

This is the moment the process comes alive — loading, roasting, releasing, and cooling each batch before it reaches your cup.

Real coffee. Real family. Real quality.

Please join us in welcoming Natalia Jablonski to our team.

She started as a volunteer while attending Ms.Kara Banda class at Bristol Central high school.

A big thank you to every one of our customers and to Project Genesis, Inc. for making this all possible.

Most of the small things that we do everyday have the power to transform a life, a family and a community through time.

Thank you 😊

I ended up buying my uncle’s and everyone told me that I was crazy

I turned out to be crazy but they stopped telling me after a while 🤷‍♂️

This is the main house, and it was beautiful back in the day

Its design was inspired based on a French Chalet and my uncle selected each tree that was used in building it.

I have tried preserving as much of it as possible but it has been a huge challenge

The original trunks rotted out at the bottom because they were in contact with the ground and it was then set on a concrete foundation many years ago

I couldn’t tell you the many stories that I have lived at this place and it occupies a special place in my heart ❤️

My dream is to bring you guys to the farm and show you what we have been working on all these years

Stay tuned! And ’ll show you more!

So at the in Colombia the water just flows from the mountains

Our job was to get it to flow through the hose and down to the main house

It is all by gravity because these are very remote lands but we managed to get it to work

Thank you for watching!
