We’re looking for experienced builders, laminators, finishers, and skilled marine tradespeople to join us on a 230-foot luxury sailing vessel undergoing a significant refit and modernization program. 🛥️

Design it. Build it. Bring it to life.

Ocean State Composites is growing and we’re looking for a detail-driven designer to help turn client concepts into real, production-ready builds.

In this role, you’ll:
• Prepare client models + technical data for production
• Support projects through the full manufacturing process
• Monitor build quality and ensure specs are met
• Keep projects on track by coordinating with production leads
• Organize models/files for CNC machining
• Support FARO tracking + assist on the production floor when needed

Ocean State Composites is growing and we’re looking for a skilled 5 Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist who takes pride in precision machining and solving complex manufacturing challenges.

If you enjoy optimizing toolpaths, collaborating with engineering, and bringing projects from concept to finished part — you’ll fit right in with our team. 🙌

This role is hands-on in the shop — setting up and running CNC machines, working closely with programmers, orienting parts for setup, maintaining tooling and machines, and producing precision parts safely and efficiently.

We build high-precision composite tooling and advanced manufacturing projects right here in Bristol, Rhode Island.
