◾️ Pending sales are up 8% year-over-year
◾️Closed sales increased 9% from March
◾️Inventory remains limited, keeping the market competitive
While new listings dipped slightly year-over-year, buyer activity remains strong across the Denver Metro area. Rental activity has slowed a bit, with rents softening compared to last year.
