Transition Learning Center

The 27J Transition Learning Center provides post 12th grade transition services to students with disabilities.

The purpose of the Transition Learning Center is to provide post 12th grade transition services to students with disabilities who require continued instruction in skills needed in order for the student to access and/or achieve their post-school education/training, career and independent living goals.
