My son wants to be a 3 sport athlete so what does he pick after wrestling season is over? Rugby. Rugby! I had no idea what I was in for - tackle football with no pads! It's not a sport for those who are afraid. By the time it was over there were 2 concussions, 12 stitches, a couple broken noses and a broken collar bone. WOW! GO DOGS!!

This is my sons first year in wrestling and it's been tough. Coming in as a 9th grader with no experience whatsoever, getting his butt kicked every single day has been brutal to him and for me to watch. But, yesterday we were in Dexter for a meet and in the 5th match of the day (the last match) he FINALLY got a PIN!!! The pics aren't as good as they good be because I was literally jumping up and down cheering for him. I'm so proud of you Bryan, you gutted it out and fought harder than I've ever seen you fight to get this!! Congratulations!! You deserve it!!

even though this is a tough sport to watch our Bulldogs have only lost 1 match this season and are ranked 6th in the nation! GO DOGS!!

I'm a new to wrestling. I've found that is THE most intense, brutal, frustrating sport on earth. Both to watch (especially for the moms) and participate in (especially if you're a beginner). This pretty sums it up right here...thank goodness my kid isn't the one bleeding :/

So I'm working on the edit for Meagan & Michael's wedding and this picture just makes my heart melt. He's watching his princess walk down the aisle - I don't think there's any question about how very much he loves her. Look at those tears!!

i LOVE football. These kinds of moments are the best. So emotional, fun, exciting. Such an adrenaline rush!
