I had an opportunity. And I want to share it with you. I hope it helps. I did an interview with Lee Stemm, an Executive Coach from Australia. We talked about how creativity plays a role in managing stress. The recording is on my FB page and shared to LinkedIn. Stress contributes to and is the cause of many illnesses. Something to take seriously. Under pressure today, I watched more than a few@minutes of funny animals! Feel better! 🤣

This wonderful and silly young man is headed back out to sea. In the most complicated “join” he’s experienced. 2 weeks in Anchorage to quarantine. Seaplane to Dutch Harbor and 7 days by supply ship on the Bering Sea. Fair winds and following seas! My oldest. My heart.

I've always thought I was a "life long learner" but it's a sound bite. Until COVID 19 I didn't really understand it. World upside down. After 10 months of scrambling to envision the near and far future, rethink almost everything I feel like this quote says it all. I've learned a lot this year. I just hadn't really planned to learn quite this much. I'm grateful that I did. And that I will.
