Kids class: June 20, 11:30am. Please register by Thursday evening!

Becky, obtained her ChildLight certification in February of 2018 and has spent many years teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids & families. 

This class is perfect for kids age 4+ years old where they will begin to explore a mindfulness practice with the intention of building health, happiness, and resiliency.

Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby and relax with a cup of tea while their kids enjoy time in the studio.

Our book club meets in just a couple of weeks! Join us for conversation, community, and chocolate... Help yourself to the tea station, too!

We didn't get any pictures of the yoga, but we did have a lovely family style yoga class before the match! Thank you to DMFC for having us as part of the event and for continuing to make the experience special for the entire family. Our community had a great time and Alayna loved being on the field!

Gather all your friends, family, and favorite soccer lovers to go and support our local football (soccer) club! Detroit Metro Football club is a semi-pro soccer club playing home games at Legacy Center! Its a great family friendly event and we would like to spend time together while supporting our local community. Concessions are available for purchase, but your tickets are free so long as you register here.

Additionally, come early to partake in a free 30minute yoga session prior to DMFC season kick-off at 6pm. Yoga will be a first come, first served family friendly session.

To receive your FREE soccer match tickets, you must register here. SRYM will then share your email with the DMFC office who will then email you 2 virtual tickets.
