New year, new army time! I am taking on the challenge in earnest of starting a GSC Bladed Cog force.

So far I have previously painted a Magus and a Clamavus. Today I finished a Ridgerunner. Really enjoyed painting the Ridgerunner. More pictures forthcoming eventually; next up will be my Patriarch.

Almost done with a bunch of Vanguard Veterans that I was working on. These are all finished. I have to do 2 more, chainsword and bolt pistol carriers, and then all of the Salamanders VanVets that I currently own will be done

Hobby progress: 1 fully built box of Genestealer Cult, feeling good

Primaris Lieutenant Dak'el Pyrewreath - Long-lost Battle Brother, returned to the Salamanders as a Primaris Marine after the events of the Indomitus Crusade, now serving as Captain Sandtiger's second in command, has been now completely finished, since the pauldron icon that was needed has now been attached. I quite like him.

First (almost) completed model in quite some time now is finished. I painted the Lt. Amulius figurine as a Salamander and he is looking quite the dandy if I do say so. I need to still put a shoulder pad icon on one shoulder but I don’t have the paint to properly do a transfer from a sheet right now so that will have to wait. Otherwise he is done though.

Been a long time since I posted here and tbh that’s because depression took a huge toll on me. The entire election cycle and much of January was a huge brain burner for me. I haven’t actually been able to work myself up to painting yet but I’m doing actual hobby work on assembly. The Space Marine is going to be a JP Lieutenant with lightning claw and grav pistol. I’ve always wanted one to go with my other Jump Pack dudes. I’m working my way through the Start Collecting! GSC box, all of the Acolytes are done now, and I’m going to start on the Ridgerunner. New Year, New Army time for me, and GSC have always fascinated me.

I also forgot entirely to post finished versions of my GSC Magus and Clamavus so here are their pictures. Glory to the Bladed Cog.

Starting a new project - Bladeguard Veterans, a Lieutenant, and 3 Space Wolves Outriders. So far just green and black have been applied so I didn't bother taking a really good picture. More coming later, with better pictures from closer up as I go along in details.

99% done with these Assault Intercessors. Only thing remaining now is to get some more Guilliman Blue glaze since I am out of it and put that on the plasma pistol.

Nearly done with 5 Incursors and have 5 more primed now. They are very mildly kitbashed since I took Space Wolves knives and fit them to the backs of their belts and in one case to their legs (on the primed ones) to represent ankle sheaths. I rather like them this way though.

Almost done. I need a new set of paints to finish her because I don’t have any of the ones I need for Genestealer flesh. Gonna have to pick those up later.
