UPDATE ON GREAT SCOTT DEVELOPMENT
As you likely know, this project was approved by the Boston Planning Department earlier this year. The next step is the city's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). There will be a ZBA hearing (both online & in person) on September 9, 9am. Community support is welcome both at the meeting & in writing at [email protected]. Please ensure that the subject line of your email to the ZBA includes the following project information: “BOA1728774- Great Scott Redevelopment.” The project aims to rebuild both Great Scott & O'Brien's on 1 Harvard Ave. in Allston (where O'Brien's is now), as well as create over 100+ new housing units.
