Our team recently broke ground on the construction of a new Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen in Tanglewood, VA! We’ve partnered with PN Restaurants for this project as they add to their expansive restaurant portfolio. About 7 short months ago, BJ's Wholesale Club opened their brand new 100k sq. ft. club and fuel station in South Fayette Township, PA. This was BJ’s first club to open in the Pittsburgh market, and our team is incredibly proud to have been contracted as the General Contract and Site Developer.
We battled through unprecedented lead time issues, price volatility, and labor shortages as the Covid-19 pandemic was drastically changing the way we lived and worked. Our team faced adversity, and we delivered. We couldn’t be more thankful for our entire team, our subcontractor partners and vendors, and our friends at BJ’s for giving us the opportunity.
Wagner has since completed the construction of another club in Lansing, MI, and is well underway with a new club in New Albany, OH and the conversion of an old JCPenney to a BJ’s Wholesale Club in Canton, MI. Stay tuned for more updated on those projects!
