Would you believe this lot was completely empty before breaking ground? 🤯

Our Moon Township client wanted a backyard that felt fully integrated into their custom-built home from day one, with spaces dedicated to entertaining, relaxing, dining, and spending time with family.

Our biggest challenge? Creating a massive retaining wall to stabilize the hillside before construction on the outdoor living space could even begin. With the help of our trade partners, we were able to transform the property into a multi-level outdoor retreat complete with an 18’ x 45’ Family Fun pool and waterslide, a 25-foot natural waterfall and pond, outdoor kitchen, pergola, multiple fire features, and Techo-Bloc Blu 60 pavers throughout the property.

Natural sandstone steps were installed throughout the space, connecting different elevations across the property while adding warmth and texture to the overall design. The pool was also finished with PebbleTec and accented with a ceramic waterline tile for long-term durability and dimension.

In collaboration with interior designer Maggie Cham of madDesigns, PSW designed, built, and installed a luxury outdoor living environment that was nominated for a NanaWall Award. The project included a custom pool, four-season pool house, outdoor entertainment spaces, and a retractable glass wall system that creates a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
