Please understand that you don’t have to always be available. Take some time out for yourself. Do what you like, put your phone on DND, sleep all day, read a book, eat whatever makes you smile or you can just be at home looking ugly all day. If that’s what the day calls for then do it without apologies 🤷🏽‍♀️

Self care is important and I know some people will say that you’re being selfish. Especially if you begin creating boundaries or just start telling people NO. And if that’s the case I pray you have an amazingly selfish day!!!! ON PURPOSE!!!!
