Coming into the tournament as the #1 ranked team in the nation brings expectations and pressure. This group embraced both. Rather than letting the moment become too big, they rose to it—competing with confidence, composure, and a relentless belief in one another throughout the weekend.

The SuperCopa Final had everything. A back-and-forth battle that ended 4-4 in regulation, sending the match into overtime. With fatigue setting in and the temperatures continuing to test both teams, the boys found another gear.

Another hard-fought day in the heat. ☀️🔥

The boys showed great character and discipline in tough conditions, earning another shutout and punching their ticket to the SuperCopa Top Group Semifinals.

3 clean sheets in 3 games. Credit to the team; specifically our defenders and goalkeeper for staying organized and handling everything that came their way. In challenging weather, the group stayed focused, competed for every ball, and found a way to get the job done.

In scorching heat and tough conditions, the boys responded with another complete team performance.

What a season. 🏆

Our 2015 U11 boys finish the year as U12 YSSL South Division 1 Champions and NISL A Club/Conference Champions with a perfect 16-0 record.

This group has shown incredible commitment, resilience, and passion every single time they stepped onto the field. Their dedication to training, willingness to learn, and belief in one another have made this season truly special.

While we’re proud of the trophies and accolades, we’re even more proud of the character, teamwork, and growth these boys have displayed throughout the season.

The job isn’t finished, but this is a milestone worth celebrating.

Next stop: Premier Supercopa in FL

The final result wasn’t the one we hoped for, but it doesn’t change how proud we are of this group.

This season, these players showed incredible commitment, resilience, and belief in one another. They battled their way to the Illinois State Cup Final and earned the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in the state.

Many of these players spent the season competing against older opponents, embracing every challenge and continuing to grow along the way. The experience gained, lessons learned, and memories created will last far longer than a single result.

In a battle of Magic vs. Magic, Chicago Magic came out on top. Congratulations to them on a well-earned championship.

As for Illinois Magic, the magic was never just about the final score. It’s in the character, heart, and determination this team displayed all season long.
