When I look to the cross I see a figure, naked, awash in its own blood, unrecognizable as a human, nailed to a tree. And while in his dying breath he prays his Father, creator of all things, forgive those who have done this to him.
This is my hero, my Lord, my Savior who I live and breathe to be like. My life can be nothing till I honor him for his sacrifice, the sole purpose of which is to save us.
Thank you, Father, for sending your son to cleanse me with his blood then send me the Holy Spirit to guide me that I may be like him in preparation to stand before you.

You cannot know what you don’t know.

If I say, then, you do not posses the faith Jesus taught, you cannot know if it is true till something knudges you to truth.

Traditionally, Faith has been taught from Hebrew’s and is now traditionally taught from Hebrew’s and a little Romans. But what is being shown in these scriptures is the effects of Faith not our Faith. Our Faith lies elsewhere.

I would be concerned about this since it is by Faith we are saved. Not to mention it is only by Faith we are pleasing to God.

It is better to spend time in the word without taking on the mindset of studying. Fill your inners with words from scripture then let the Holy Ghost sort it out for you.
