Every four years, The WorkPlace, in partnership with our chief elected official, creates a strategic plan to modernize our workforce system and build a truly customer-centered experience.

We are currently at our two-year mark, which means it’s time to review, adapt, and make necessary modifications. To ensure our plan accurately reflects today's labor market, economic conditions, and local performance goals, we need your input.
