Space of Grace:

Stay in position.
Not because everything feels clear
but because something was already established.

Stay aligned.
Not because there’s no pressure
but because you recognize what is true.

The pressure you feel is not always an interruption.
Sometimes, it is an invitation:

To deepen
To stabilize
To remain

And if doubt begins to rise, answer it gently but firmly:

God has not changed His mind about me.

You don’t have to force your way forward.
You don’t have to figure everything out today.

Just stay.

Stay in what was shown.
Stay in what was spoken.
Stay in alignment.

Because what He has started
He is still tending.

As we step into 2026 I’ve been holding space for the mix of hope, anticipation, sharing and establishing that often comes with a fresh beginning. However you’re entering this year, you are welcome here.

I truly believe God has meaningful things in store for you. This is a season to tune your ear toward heaven to slow down, pray, and listen for what God is inviting you to focus on in 2026. Not everything. Just the right things.

Over this past season, I’ve been quietly developing Lodestar services the place I navigate people pivot to purpose. As a Christian Life Coach and my career as a master’s clinicial social worker my I use my experience in coaching and mentoring people to purpose.

This space is devoted to faith, mindset, and purpose. Here, I’ll be sharing reflections rooted in Scripture, mindset shifts for clarity and courage, practical tools for focus and consistency as you build what God put on your heart, and encouragement for listening to God as you build what He’s placed on your heart.

From time to time, I’ll also share resources, prompts, and workshops designed to help you slow down, discern wisely, and take aligned action without striving or burnout.

My prayer is that this space helps you stay rooted, clear, and courageous as you step forward, grounded in faith and steady in obedience to God.

Now, let’s turn our hearts toward today’s reflection.

Take a moment to ask the Lord:
�What is He asking you to focus on in this season?�What is He asking you to steward well?�Is there something He’s inviting you to build?

Whatever it is- step out in faith.

Don’t wait until you have the perfect plan or the fifty-page Google Doc before you begin. Yes, create the document. But also make the post. Make the call. Send the email.

Let’s not leave the things God has given us sitting in draft mode.

It’s time to activate.

God is calling you to activate your gifts. You have been given spiritual gifts to serve others and glorify Him so use them, starting today.

And remember, you don’t have to do this in your own strength.�Lean on the Lord. Allow Him to be your help.

“Do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.” — Isaiah 41:10

Spend time in the Word. Let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. I believe God will illuminate the way forward, step by step.

God loves you. He wants to help you. Will you allow Him?

A Heart Note from Lodestar Services

Let’s honor a hard truth today that many face and fear: 🎯🙂‍↕️

REPLACEMENT can happen in roles or positions… but when God is birthing something in you, it’s not about a seat—it’s about the assignment. That makes you irreplaceable in purpose.

There are seasons where you may feel passed over.
Where someone else steps into the opportunity you prayed for.
Where it feels like you’ve been replaced.

There are moments in life where it feels like the world moved on without you.
Like you were overlooked, replaced, or forgotten.

And in some cases? It’s true.
People can be replaced. Roles can be reassigned. Doors can close.

And yes—replacement can happen in roles, jobs, platforms, even relationships.
But don’t confuse a seat being filled with your purpose being dismissed. You are not dismissed by God.
Because while the world sees a position—God sees purpose.
And when He is birthing something new in you, it’s not about reclaiming an old seat…
It’s about stepping into a new season of becoming.

Because when God is birthing something in you, He’s not just preparing a position—He’s preparing you.
And what’s growing in you can’t be outsourced.
It’s yours.

That’s where the mindset shift begins.💡

At Lodestar✨, we walk alongside faith-led visionaries—those navigating transition, tension, and the sacred in-between.
You’re not just experiencing loss.You are experiencing stretching, sensing something is shifting inside you but can’t quite name it yet.
And that in-between space?
It’s sacred.
It’s where the mindset shift happens.
From feeling replaceable… to recognizing you’re being repositioned. You’re experiencing a reshaping.
And you can’t carry a new assignment with an old identity.

You are not behind.
You are being refined.
And what God has placed in you isn’t fragile—it’s assigned.

This is the shift:
From feeling discarded to realizing you’re being developed.
From asking “Why me?” to declaring “Use me.”
From fear of being replaced to the freedom of being reborn in purpose.

What’s forming inside you cannot be filled by anyone else.
You are not replaceable when you’re carrying something only Heaven assigned to your name.

You are not behind.
You are being refined.
And what God has placed in you isn’t fragile—it’s assigned.

“I have called you by name; you are mine.”
– Isaiah 43:1 (NIV)

Does what I carry really matter? Could someone else do it better? Would anyone notice if I stopped showing up?

Let us remind you—in the eyes of God and the blueprint of Heaven, you are not replaceable.

You were created intentionally.
You were called by name.
And the assignment on your life wasn’t given to a crowd—it was given to you.
