Intern Spotlight!! Meet Allisha!
My name is Allisha Bakker and I am a third year intern here at Waters Construction. I am an upcoming senior at Western New England University with a major in business and a minor in management. I have many roles at Waters, including: payroll, certified payroll, cost coding, posting the weekly paving schedule, and submitting quality control plans for upcoming jobs. My goal is to graduate in Spring 2023 and start working full-time as an assistant to payroll and paving operations. It has been a great experience working with my colleagues and learning more about the inner workings in construction/paving.
