Our BOOK FAIR is still going strong!

The Orange County Sheriff's Office Texas will be on site providing free fingerprinting for children as a part of a child safety kit. This important resource helps families keep vital identification information readily available in case of an emergency.

The BoyScouts will be here handing out information if you are interested, along with our friends at TXDOT covering pedestrian safety.

Books, Fingerprints, BoyScouts, and Safety!!! It will be a fun day for us all. We look forward to seeing you at the library!

Tomorrow The Book Fair starts! ☺️
We will host the fair Monday- Wednesday from 10am-6pm at our library. We will also be at Red, White & You Celebration on Friday and Saturday night. Come help support your library, find some great books, and take some super cute photos!

Summer Reading- Week 4
Dino Fun happened today at the library. Thank you to everyone who came out to dig, discover, and learn with us. Thank you, Beaumont Children's Museum!

Registration for Rag Flag closes Monday, June 15 at 6pm.

The lineup is set. 🇺🇸 The weekend is going to be one for the books.

Red White & You is back — June 26th & 27th in Bridge City, and we're doing it bigger than ever.

FRIDAY is Family Night and it's FREE — gates open at 5PM with the We**ie Dog Race kicking things off at 5:30 (check in at 5!), then Ryan Foret takes the stage at 7.

SATURDAY — $10 per person, kids under 12 get in free. Opening ceremonies at 6PM with bag pipes, a Boy Scout flag ceremony, the National Anthem, and remarks from the Mayor. Then Chip Darby-Music at 7, John Foster at 8, and the night closes with a Drone Show Finale you won't want to miss.

Both nights: food vendors, craft vendors, carnival rides, and a dunk booth.

This is Bridge City's summer celebration — bring the whole family. 🎆

Summer Reading - Week 3

Slam Crew brought the energy to Summer Reading!

The Slam Crew had our readers on their feet, cheering, laughing, and participating in exciting basketball themed games and challenges. Their amazing ball handling skills and interactive activities got everyone involved.

A huge thank you to Slam Crew for inspiring our young readers and making this a high energy event to remember, and for emphasizing the importance of reading.
