A strong and healthy metabolism is the boring part of strength & conditioning that’s not talked about enough.

I am 1 week into my weight cut for my next competition and I’m already almost at my target weight with 3 weeks to go.

I didn’t starve or do anything extreme because I still need energy for training sessions.

I simply pulled calories down and let my muscles and metabolism do the rest!

It’s moving this fast because of the years before this week, not the week itself. Training consistently builds a metabolism that responds when you ask something of it.

Here’s a little sneak peak of what our Virtual Performance Coaching looks like from your end!

Workouts delivered straight to your phone. Log your weights, sets, and reps. Sub exercise suggestions are built in, or swap in your own.

On top of the workouts, you’ll also get:

- Calories + macros set specifically for you and your goals
- Daily nutrition and self-care habits to check off
- Active recovery day habits so rest days are still productive
- Food logging right in the app, or sync your MyFitnessPal so coach Britt sees it all and helps you actually understand the choices you’re making, not just follow a plan blindly.

ANNNDDDD every other week, Coach Britt sends a quick check-in form, then touches base and adjusts your calories, macros, and programming so you are constantly making progress!

I’m taking on 5 Virtual Coaching clients for the rest of the summer and then we are capped til August!

Our program ranges from beginners who can keep themselves accountable to for high performing athletes who wanna build strength and conditioning specific to their sport!

“Small Group Personal Training” is a term that’s thrown around a lot in gyms, but you walk in and there’s 10+ people to 1 coach.

That’s not our beliefs here. Small Group Training at B Pitt Performance is truly that; a max of 6 clients to 1 coach.

This allows the coach to give you the right amount of attention & correction so you get the results you work hard for without getting injured or lost in the crowd.

We are opening new morning & afternoon spots & also offer Virtual Coaching for those who can’t train in person.

Virtual coaching = workout programming, nutrition, & habit coaching all delivered in 1 app!

Physical & mental health are connected, & here that belief shows up in how we coach, how we program, & how we show up for our members every session.

Coach Trisha Hamrick-Zelner , Coach Troy Maddox , & I are looking for someone who aligns with that. Someone who wants to be part of a coaching team, not just rent space & dip out.

In case the Youth Performance Camp wasn’t enticing enough on its own… I’ve added an assistant coach to the lineup.

Former client Kaylee Britten is coming on as my assistant coach for the Youth Performance Camp & I couldn’t be more excited.

Watching a kid grow from youth client to college athlete to coach on my floor… that’s a BIG goal for these summer camps!! & a HUGE win for kiddos in our camp!

LAST WEEK FOR JUNE

This is the last week to get your kid signed up for June, and we’ve only got 2 spots left.

After these go, the next opening is July.

Quick heads up on a couple things: we do a sibling discount if you’ve got more than one kid coming, and booking the whole month is cheaper than going week to week — so if you already know your kid is in, it’s worth locking in the full month.

Camp is for ages 4–12. The kids work hard, but mostly they have a really good time!

💪 Client Spotlight 💪

THE MAN… MR TONY!

Today we started month #2 & this guy is already earned his spot in our crew!! One of our older members, he’s proof that it’s never too late to start & that showing up consistently pays off fast.

This month he leveled up his balance & coordination. But honestly, the bigger flex is the attitude he brings: grateful, all-in, & REALLY loving every workout.

His energy makes our whole community better.

As a coach, it's a blessing when clients & young athletes impact my life just as much as I impact theirs. Kaylee & her family hold a special place in my heart, & getting to be part of her journey has been something I'll never take for granted!

It has been an absolute honor to train Kaylee & watch her grow into the amazing young woman she is. On & off the court, this girl is truly something special; to know her is to love her!

Kaylee just capped off her year as the 2026 BCHS Female Athlete of the Year; her list of accolades is stacked AND to top it all off she ended her senior year by accepting a college volleyball scholarship! 🎉🏐

Training a three-sport athlete was a unique challenge. We had to be smart about programming; building speed & strength in ways that supported her across volleyball, basketball, & track, while keeping her healthy season after season.

Kaylee ALWAYS showed up, put in the work, & trusted the process every step of the way.

What makes me most proud isn't the trophies (though those are awesome 👏) — it's the young woman she's become through it all. Confident, hardworking, kind, & a leader in ALL she does. That kind of growth lasts long after the season ends.

Now she's taking her game to the next level & I can't wait to watch her shine in college. 💪
