ESD Refresher Training at BENCOR

At BENCOR, quality starts with discipline and attention to detail.

Today, our team participated in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Refresher Training led by our Director of Operations, reinforcing the critical practices that protect sensitive electronic components, ensure product reliability, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

The training covered:
✅ESD fundamentals and awareness
✅Proper grounding procedures
✅Safe handling of ESD-sensitive devices
✅Workplace best practices and compliance requirements
✅Preventing costly damage through daily ESD controls

Even a static discharge too small for a person to feel can damage electronic components. Continuous education helps our team stay vigilant and committed to delivering the highest level of quality in every assembly we manufacture.

But one moment stuck with me. I was walking the floor, watching a build go through, and thought about how much trust is placed in what we do.

Not just in hitting a deadline, but in getting it right.
Because the reality is… Our customers aren’t just sending us boards.

They’re trusting us with projects tied to critical systems, tight tolerances, and zero room for error. That’s not something I take lightly.
