Who is the loudest voice in your life?
As a coach myself....obviously I believe in coaching! I believe in coaching so much that I spend a significant amount of my time and money to have one myself.
My coach has helped me:

CLIENT WIN - Down 39 lbs. and not done!
Jon decided to make an investment in himself...
He is a busy dad who works hard to support his family

I have coached many clients and always enjoy seeing the progress they make. The best part is when they realized that this can be sustainable for the rest of their life. In order for change to stick it has to match each client's schedule & lifestyle....but also be enjoyable!

The reason why those other programs never worked to get you long term sustainable results....
Is because they only focused on the end result, a before and after photo, a short term goal.
They never focused on where you are right now, and how to take you where you want to go, in not just 4 months, but even 4 years from now. Everyone has different starting points and different goals.
They didn't factor in accountability and motivation and how important it is.
They never took into account of how busy you are.
The foods that you enjoy and that you don't have to spend HOURS meal prepping.
They never took the time to customize a plan specifically for YOU...your goals, your schedule, your training needs, and the things that you enjoy.
They never considered your gut health, metabolism, muscle mass and stress levels.
And then, they never set you up to be able to sustain things LONG TERM.

JUST KEEPING IT REAL
This is me on a week long vacation-without working out or eating my normal foods.
I spent last week enjoying the beach with my family. Eating out became the norm for 5 days, and lounging on the beach required no exercise at all....so I didn't get my daily workouts in or eat my normal foods for almost a whole week. I did the best that I could when considering my options, but I ordered a few things that I typically don't eat and did not stress over it at all. I enjoyed my time resting and enjoying the people I love.
And I’m not worried about it whatsoever!
A few years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. I would have felt like my mind was somewhere else, thinking about the workouts I was missing or the control I didn't have over my nutrition. Then I would have tried to double my time in the gym the next week so I could make up for what I missed while on vacation.
I would have felt guilty.
But now that I follow the Regeneration Project, I don’t need to double my workouts afterward or worry over every food choice while I am vacationing.
I know that I can have a week off when it is needed and I won't gain any unwanted weight back or throw myself back into old mindsets and feeling like a failure. And it's all because of the methodology that I apply from the Regeneration Project...a sustainable long term solution for my health.
Since following the Regeneration Project, it’s without a doubt the BEST thing that I’ve ever done for my overall health.
Have you ever found yourself beating yourself up like I did? You deserve to live your best life and enjoy the celebrations and special memories without guilt because you know your health and mindset are on track!

Guys...in today's society men are going soft, we aren't aggressive enough, and we aren't pressing ahead. We've got a million reasons why we can't move forward. When all we need is courage to press ahead!

Courage is just TAKING ACTION.
Just because the conditions aren't exactly how you'd like them to be or you don't feel ready yet, doesn't mean that you get a pass.
Take action today!

Do I need a coach? Maybe.
For How long? It totally depends.
What can a coach do for me?
Before we answer this, lets lay this out there. It's 2022.
Information about nutrition is everywhere!
Most of us know that we need to move around more.
Most of us know that we need to cook for ourselves- that meal prepping will help us make better food choices.
Most of us know that we need to eat more vegetables.
Most of us know we need to sleep more.
Most of us know we need to better handle our stress!
Most of us have a general idea of what we SHOULD be doing.
HOWEVER, for many of us, there is a gap between what we know we should be doing, and what we actually do.
If this person is you, you could definitely benefit from hiring a coach.
Aren't you just going to prescribe macros? Or give me a meal plan?
Can't I just pay for a workout template?
Of course! And for some people this is effective. For some people having macros to hit (that are optimal for their metabolism) can be enough for you to crush your goals!
Some people can follow a plan have no issues doing their workouts, and hitting their food goals...(and that's why we give out free guides)
For everyone else, hire a coach.
You could benefit from a coach if....
