Last week went well and I have heard a lot of positive feedback. I will be offering this again for this upcoming week.
Entrees:
- Pan seared and smoked chuck roast (will be cooked medium rare unless requested otherwise)
- Grilled chicken kabobs (w/ grilled onions, bell peppers, zucchini and squash)
Sides: Choose two sides for Chuck roast, one for kabobs
- Oven baked sweet potato fries
- Ceaser Salad
- Homemade green beans
- Steamed and sautéed broccoli
I know this is a holiday week so I have some updated pricing.

Week 1:
I was fortunate enough to have 32 meals to prepare on my first week of offering homemade meals. Today went just as good as it could’ve went, I am thankful for that. I will be offering this every week for weeks to come, the menu will change each week and allow clients to pick exactly what they want each week. Thank you to those that purchased this week. For years now I have been asked if I would begin back cooking for purchasing, and I always answer with one day I’ll have my own restaurant that I’ll be cooking in. After much consideration, I have decided I will begin offering meals for purchase until then. My plan is to grow this gradually throughout the winter season and to expand into reheatable meals for the family and much more. For the time being, I plan to start with cooking basic healthy meals with the meal options varying throughout each week. You will have the option between two meats every week and your choice between several sides and sometimes even desert. This is something I have debated on for a while know, but also have been looking forward to. I will be starting this week, with meals being ready for pick up this upcoming Sunday, November 9th.
Entrees: (choose one per meal)
⁃ Grilled Chicken Breast
⁃ Flamed grilled thick cut pork chops
Sides: (chose two for each meal)
⁃ Oven roasted potatoes
⁃ Grilled Asparagus
⁃ Sautéd vegetable mix consisting of mushrooms, onions, green beans, bell pepper, zucchini and squash.
⁃ Half of an ear of grilled corn on the cob
Pricing:
⁃ 1-2 meals $12 each
⁃ 3 + meals $10 each
All meals will come portioned, cut, and packed individually in a microwave safe disposable container. Meals will be ready for pick up on Sunday evening. I look forward to serving each and every person that signs up for the first week! I will have a 50 meal limit for this first week so I can ensure all the food is cooked perfectly.
It’s that time a year again.. I am going to try and start a batch of beef jerky to sell tomorrow. 3 flavors.
Mesquite, original (my favorite more like a pepper corn) or hot. 1/4 $8 (sandwich bag), 1/2 $14, or whole pound (gallon sized bag) $24.

Wanting to cook this week, but thinking about changing it up from Japanese. Something maybe quicker and cheaper. Any suggestions?

I will be cooking Japanese on Wednesday. I have slots open but they will fill fast!
I need to fill a few more slots for Japanese tomorrow. $10 a plate unless you buy more than 3! A plate consist of steak and or chicken, fried rice and veggies.
I will be cooking Japanese Wednesday and Thursday. I will take 14 orders each day. $10 per plate. Chicken and/ or steak served with fried rice with or without veggies. I need as many orders as I can get. Slots will fill fast, get your name on the list early.
