almost a week of introspection in the swamp with my fellow artists and soul family. 🦉🌿🪇🪘🎻
after the profound ways this experience has opened my perspective, I feel so sure of each persons unique ability to create art that can change the world, and even more so courageous in the pursuit of my dreams.
i’m so grateful for the space this retreat created for us to share our stories, listen, and be heard.
music connects us in unspeakable aways. coming here felt like a crucial stepping stone in this journey where I got to learn so much about myself and connect with some really incredible humans who inspire me to embrace my own inner visions and keep birthing them into the world.
I thought I would go on this retreat and learn more about the world of music production, yet found something so much deeper… a restored sense connection to nature and all things, the pure essence of presence, so many lessons of gratitude, patience, trust, and self-love taught through the people and mirrors around me. all on a full moon too🥹
sometimes in life we’re called towards certain people or places and things, and it’s important to listen to that inner knowing. it could be steering you towards purpose, your path, destiny, whatever u wanna call it or maybe to a place where you will at least find some direction. finding the AFC family felt like coming home, and this swamp and her earthly abilities have left me forever humbled. she cleanses, she holds space for life, death, creation, transformation, and she is a birthing container. all this, while no one’s even watching. she is the creator in symbiotic form experiencing itself, just like us humans. this giant ecosystem, feeding, filtering, fertilizing, and frolicking through this life on earth. we operate the same.
nature truly knows everything and “has been running the show” for millions of years. the plants have evolved to know the secrets of life, except it’s not a secret at all. It’s just waiting for us to notice, gently, and surrender to her mystery.
did I emphasize enough how much I love this planet, music, and my the friends I’ve met along the way?? 🩵💚🐊🌲🏵️🦆🌕

my first song of the year just dropped & it’s finally yours!!! 🤩
very stoked to be sharing some bass music again👾 this was one of the first projects i made in ableton over the fall when i finally switched from fl studio & had so much fun in the learning process & getting to play with the funky sax vibes + the joy that is vox 🪄
my music production journey has not been linear and i steadily feel myself climbing uphill again, learning more everyday in the lessons and course I’ve been taking, surrounding myself with people i aspire to learn from. the intention with this song was to just have fun and let it be silly n fun n playful with the wubs dancing back n forth! so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this absolutely massive remix album!
even the lyrics feel significant to where i’m at in life and the journey of music. sometimes it’s okay to not have it all figured out, as long as you’re enjoying the ride 🎢✨ (if u made it this far, ty for reading

GROOVE CRUISE WHAT EVEN WAS THAT!!! 4 days later and I can still feel the boat rocking🤩🩵❄️🌊 still trying to process the fact that this was one of the coolest craziest must surreal opportunities music has ever led me to. nothing but 4 days of pure chaos, non stop music in every corner you look, surrounded by beautiful people & the ocean blue. i seriously don’t think i’ve ever grooved hard in my life! i’m so grateful for everyone who pulled up to both of my sets, and thank you to the Groove Park silent disco & renegade crews for putting on ur girl. forever grateful - my heart is a disco ball✨🪩🪩🪩✨ sooooo like see u next year? 👼

it’s been a while since I’ve spontaneously posted on here and I think I’m gonna try & do more of that in 2026
quick rant:
this year being a quiet one was so important, so has the pause the holidays bring to reflect on everything this year has brought us- hear me out. through many moments of solitude, putting that time and energy back into nurturing the parts of my soul i couldn’t ignore anymore really gave me the space to figure out some things internally. been locked in focusing on myself, practicing & teaching yoga, doing the work. prioritizing my health, leveling up my production skills, connecting & collaborating with other artists on the same wavelength. rly loving life rn
