After 34 years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Sergeant Celmer as he begins his well-earned retirement. 💙 From patrol to leadership, he wore many hats and always led with strength, integrity, and unmatched wisdom. His knowledge and experience have been a cornerstone of our department, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to serve alongside him. Our members and explorers attended the California Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty. We stand in deep gratitude and remembrance of their ultimate sacrifice. Their courage will never be forgotten, and we are committed to honoring their legacy every day.
