May 6: What would I tell myself a year ago?

Dear 2021 Elizabeth, in a year things are going to be better. You’ll be so glad you said yes to…

-the anti-anxiety medication
-more home projects
-old friends
-new friends
-traveling again
-leading a community group
-perfecting homemade pizza
-cheeseboard & wine nights

But mostly you’ll be SO glad you said yes to the shampoo. For real. You finally said yes and it changes everything. Your hair looks amazing. You have the most fun group of new ladies to work with and you’re rebuilding the income you thought was lost. You’re doing it!! I’m so proud of you. 🤍

May 5: Someone you love.

This kid. We are so proud of how far he’s come in these last few years. Can’t believe he’s going to be a senior next year. HOW?! Mamas of littles, when we say it goes fast, it goes so very fast. It gets easier, but also a different kind of hard and then you get to see them become little grown-ups. WILD.

May 4: A meal.

Sometimes there is nothing better in this world than a grilled cheese on sourdough. Processed American cheese. Obviously. Do you freak out if sandwich crumbs touch your apples? Just me? Cool cool cool.
