Last week, our students got the chance to make and decorate their very own piñatas! 🎉 Using tissue paper, streamers, each student designed their piñata completely their own way.

Even though these piñatas were just for display, students still got to enjoy a little candy during the workshop… although honestly, we’re not sure the candy would’ve survived long enough to ever make it inside the piñatas anyway 😂🍬

Last week, our staff felt incredibly appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week. 💙 We started the week off with Star Wars Day, and throughout the week our families and students truly went above and beyond to make our team feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. From Chick-fil-A lunches and Panda Express to an amazing homemade breakfast feast, every day reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by such a thoughtful community.

We were also blessed with enough donated gift cards that each staff member got to pick out a couple for themselves, which made the week even more meaningful. On top of that, each staff member also received a brand new No Limits staff shirt!

At No Limits, our staff pours so much of themselves into this work every single day. The patience, energy, compassion, and passion they bring to our students does not go unnoticed. They genuinely care deeply about the people they support, and that love is felt throughout our entire program. We are beyond thankful not only for our incredible team, but also for the families and students who made last week so meaningful for all of us. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at No Limits Learning Center! 💐

Today we celebrated our amazing moms and mother figures at our annual Muffins with Moms event. Students welcomed their moms, grandmas, caretakers, and loved ones to campus for muffins, drinks, games, photos at our photo booth, and most importantly, time together. It was a really nice morning watching everyone relax, talk, laugh, and simply enjoy each other’s company and the community around them.

Thank you to all the incredible mothers and mother figures who continue to support, encourage, and love our students every day. We hope you all have a wonderful Mother’s Day! 💖

Cinco de Mayo at No Limits did not disappoint 🌮💃

Students and staff enjoyed an amazing taco lunch from our friends at , followed by a full-on dance party that kept the energy going all afternoon. Great food, great music, and even better company.

Huge thank you to Arcelia’s Tacos for always showing up for our community. Over the years, they’ve been incredibly generous and supportive of No Limits, and we’re grateful to have them as part of our extended family. Their continued kindness never goes unnoticed.

Last week, we had about 20 incredible volunteers join us at No Limits for Go Serve Brea and they showed up ready to work.

A big group came from and we truly loved having them with us as our relationship continues to grow. We were also honored to have the Mayor of Brea, Cecilia Hupp, and her husband there working right alongside everyone.

We had a full list of tasks prepared for the day, and our volunteers tackled every single one. But what stood out most was what happened after that list was done. Instead of packing up and heading out, they kept going. Finding more to do, taking initiative, and pushing even further.

Windows were cleaned. Blinds dusted. Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Tables, desks, and appliances sanitized. Even deep cleaning under and on top of lockers. They went above and beyond in every sense.

What stood out just as much as the work was the energy. Smiles the entire time, and even a few volunteers signing up to come back again.
